On behalf of Stop Hinkley Josephine Smoldon said "This is looks set to be a very informative meeting for anyone wanting to know more about the risks of nuclear and fracking, Mr Fairlie is very knowledgeable and speaks all over the world on these issues. We are very excited to be able to talk about Energy Democracy too. Transition to more sustainable energy systems powered by renewable is happening across the world, with Germany and Denmark leading the way, we think that the UK should be a part of that and not left behind in the dark and so we are looking forward to exploring how we can do that. There will be refreshments and a Questions & Answers session with both speakers. Doors open at 18:45. Entry is free. For further information call 07736930069.
